Returns & Exchanges Policy


MRS. is committed to offering our customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange.

To receive free shipping on your return, please follow the steps below.

  • Send an email within 10 business days, after receiving package to info@MRScosmetics.com to arrange your free return. Our Online Beauty Advisors will be happy to help you find a product to better suit your needs—or refund your purchase price—and we'll cover the return postage.
  • When completing any return or exchange, please follow the steps below.


STEP ONE

  • Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the invoice (enclosed in your original 
order) and place it inside the return package.


STEP TWO

  • Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.


STEP THREE

  • Affix the return label emailed to you, on the outside of the return package.

STEP FOUR

  • Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. 
Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange 
is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An 
email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
